- An individual that is chosen from the Players Club Card system can only win once
- Must be actively gambling spend $15 within 30 minutes prior to be eligible
- One winner every 30 minutes from 6pm to 9pm on any machine to pop a balloon
- 7 total drawings
- Balloons: 13 Ballons with cash prize
- Balloon prize awards: $80, $80, $100, $100, $120, $120, $150, $150, $150, $200,
- $200, $250, $300
- Total promo winnings will be up to $2,000 cash

- Must be 18 years of age with proof of ID
- Oak Creek Casino employees & management are not eligible
- Oak Creek Casino Board of Directors are not eligible
- Fort Independence Gaming Commissioners are not eligible
- Fort Independence Elected Officials are not eligible
Limitations related to the claim of prizes
- Prizes cannot be traded for another prize.
- Any and all malfunctions or customer disputes will be investigated by the FIGC. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the Fort Independence Gaming Commission in writing and mailed to: PO Box 96, Independence, CA 93526. The FIGC has the final decision on all disputes.
