Rules Governing Promotion
Rules of play
- Winners are drawn from the Players Club Card system (Casino Trac)
- Must be actively gambling spend $15 within 30 minutes to be eligible for free play hot seats
- Drawings will be held 6pm-9pm every 30 minutes for $100 hot seats.
- Starting November 1st earn a virtual ticket for every 250 points from 11/01/25-11/22/25 for the Ikon Pass Giveaway
- Must be present to win
- Customer may only win one Ikon Pass
- Total promo winnings will be: approximate $3000 in prizes and $700 in free play.
Restrictions or limitations on participation eligibility
- Must be 18 years of age with proof of ID
- Oak Creek Casino employees & management are not eligible
- Oak Creek Casino Board of Directors are not eligible
- Fort Independence Gaming Commissioners are not eligible
- Fort Independence Elected Officials are not eligible
Limitations related to the claim of prizes
- Prizes cannot be traded for another prize or turned in for a cash value
- Customer must provide all requested information for the Ikon Pass at the time of winning to be eligible for the prize.
- If Ikon Passes are no longer for sale, cash value of prize will be provided in lieu of the prize.
- Any and all malfunctions or customer disputes will be investigated by the FIGC. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the Fort Independence Gaming Commission in writing and mailed to: PO Box 96, Independence, CA 93526. The FIGC has the final decision on all disputes.
