  • Must be actively gambling spend $15 within 30 minutes prior to be eligible

  • Prize drawing schedule: 6pm- $200, 6:15- $200, 6:30pm- $200, 6:45pm- $200, 7pm- $200, 7:15- $200, 7:30pm- $200, 7:45pm- $200, 8pm- $200, 8:15- $200, 8:30pm- $200, 8:45pm- $200, 9pm- $200
  • Total promo winnings will be: $2,600 in free play

Restrictions or limitations on participation eligibility

  • Must be 18 years of age with proof of ID
  • Oak Creek Casino employees & management are not eligible
  • Oak Creek Casino Board of Directors are not eligible
  • Fort Independence Gaming Commissioners are not eligible

Limitations related to the claim of prizes

  • Prizes cannot be traded for another prize or turned in for a cash value.
  • Any and all malfunctions or customer disputes will be investigated by the FIGC.  Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the Fort Independence Gaming Commission in writing and mailed to: PO Box 96, Independence, CA 93526. The FIGC has the final decision on all disputes.
