Rules Governing Promotion

Rules of play

  • Players must join the Players Club Card system (Casino Trac).
  • Players will automatically qualify for the weekly gift upon earning 500 points during the period of the offered gift.
  • Gift periods are as follows:
  • Dec 1-7: Bamboo Memory Foam Pillow
  • Dec 8-14: Bamboo Sheet Set (King or Queen)
  • Dec 15-21: Quilted Bamboo Comforter (King)
  • Dec 22-31: Quilted Bamboo Throw Blanket
  • Customer may only collect one prize per gift period.
  • Total promo winnings will be: approximately $50 per gift.

Restrictions or limitations on participation eligibility

  • Must be 18 years of age with proof of ID
  • Oak Creek Casino employees & management are not eligible
  • Oak Creek Casino Board of Directors are not eligible
  • Fort Independence Gaming Commissioners are not eligible
  • Fort Independence Elected Officials are not eligible

Limitations related to the claim of prizes

  • Prizes cannot be traded for another prize or turned in for a cash value.
  • Supplies are limited, first come first serve.
  • Any and all malfunctions or customer disputes will be investigated by the FIGC.  Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the Fort Independence Gaming Commission in writing and mailed to: PO Box 96, Independence, CA 93526. The FIGC has the final decision on all disputes.
